Fine line tattoos have a very delicate look are very aesthetically pleasing for a tattoo style. This style has seen a surge in popularity from those who are looking to get their first tattoos because they are easier to hide. ​

Cybersigilism & Tribal

Cybersigilism uses thin lines, sharp angles, and usually black ink, to create intricate patterns that resemble a mix of circuitry and organic forms. tribal designs pull on that past for inspiration.

Watercolor

Watercolor tattoo designs are meant to have the same opaque look as watercolor paint on paper. These tattoos tend to have soft-looking edges and plenty of color (often pastels).​

Lettering

There are as many tattoo lettering styles as there are fonts on a computer, so tattoo artists have a lot of freedom when it comes to creating custom pieces for their clients.

Trash Polka

Using primarily large blocks of red and black ink, Trash Polka usually incorporates design elements that vary from surreal and abstract to geometric and traditional. Paintbrush strokes and large bold designs are often seen in these tattoos.

The Anime Tattoo Style is very popular. As the name suggests, the Anime tattoo style is inspired by Anime movies, shows, and comics. Many artists also tattoo common things in the anime style.

Small tattoo style, are tattoos that are small. They can be done using other tattoo styles, and can be color or black and grey like the tattoo below. Small tattoos are becoming quite popular as a first tattoo, and as a way to fill in the extra space for those with a lot of tattoos.

Sketch

Sketch tattoo are usually black like a pencil. But, they can also be done in color (see image below) like a colored pencil. The Sketch Tattoo Style is a great tattoo style choice for almost any tattoo subject, and gives a not too clean, very authentic look to any type of tattoo. 

Japanese

Japanese tattoos tend to be big, bright, and focused on cultural symbols.

Geometric

Modern geometric tattoos take any design and breaks it down into basic geometric shapes. A tattoo artist then uses shading to show how the light bounces off each plane of the geometric shape.

Cartoon

The cartoon tattoo style is done in the style of your favorite classic Saturday morning cartoons. These tattoos looks very cool, and can be actual cartoon characters or just anything reimagined in the cartoon tattoo style.

Freestyle

No stencil! The artist utilizes multiple permanent colored markers to draw the design on the skin. While the client is free to check out the marker tattoo, this is what the final piece will look like.
